This review is solely based off of the first interaction with Pronto Plumbing. I called Monday morning to schedule an appt for an estimate and spoke with Krista who was friendly, sympathetic, and extremely professional. It is not often that I have a customer service interaction that sticks out, but Krista surely did. She is a great first impression for Pronto Plumbing.

My kitchen sink was clogged. Pronto Plumbing’s price was right and they came out the next day. Dan was friendly and professional. The sink clog was stubborn but Dan never gave up and had water flowing in less than an hour. I would highly recommend Pronto!

My service with the drain technician Dan Harner was absolutely amazing. He was on time, informative and tackled the issue almost immediately. Upon hearing our concerns with the sewage drain backing up and causing a really foul odor, Mr. Harner did some troubleshooting. He came to the conclusion that is was oil clogging up the drain, he cleaned the drain with the line he had brought down. He made things fast and easy and I certainly recommend him for all your sewage needs.
