Whenever I need plumbing help, I count on Pronto. Jerry is courteous, prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. He explains everything clearly making sure I understand what he’s doing and how much it will be. Today, when Jerry installed my new kitchen faucet, he even took the time to point out the weak area of the faucet and how to care for it for years of use. He always has a smile on his face and remembers what we’ve talked about on previous visits. Excellent service with a smile. Oh, one other thing. Jerry speaks most highly of the company he works for and the people he works with. Loyalty towards the company you work for is a plus and tells me that they know how to treat their employees right.
