It’s that time of the year, and tax refund excitement is in the air!
If you’re considering using all or part of your funds on home improvements, might we suggest the following?
1. Upgrade all the older toilets in your home.
2. Repair all the leaks in your home.
3. Remodel your kitchen or bathroom for a fresh new look.
4. Upgrade your hot water heater (especially if it’s over 11 years old.)
5. Replace your sinks (or at least your faucets) for a quick way to change their appearance.
6. Add a sink to your laundry area.
7. Add another bathroom area to your home.
