They always go the extra mile in providing excellent customer service. Recently Jerry C. was working on a leaky faucet in my kitchen and was not familiar with the unusual faucet. Instead of just “winging it”, he took the extra steps and contacted the faucet company who then provided him with the information he needed to do the job right! He even discovered that this particular faucet had been found to have design error causing our problem and that it was under warranty. He made arrangements to have necessary parts shipped to me so he could return to complete the repair properly !!
